We are Luigi e Carla, “masters of the house”.

A warm welcome, details, cleaning and details are our strong points. Our guests become friends, share the pleasure for good food and good wine, taste the excellent wines from our secret cellar..

Our Country house, restored according to the principles of Bioarchitecture, is a typical Umbrian farmhouse, just four metres from the banks of Clitunno River. 

The little bridge has an engraving on its arch dating back to  1775.  A place rich in history, where you will find a warm welcome and all modern comforts. All the 6 apartments are equipped with: air conditioning, safe, full kitchen, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and amenities, small refrigerator. A laundry and ironing room is always available for guests. 

We recommend Country House Casco dell’Acqua to couples and families (our place has a lovely playground for children immersed in a green lawn – conveniently located, far from the swimming-pool area, and provides mountain bike rental service): our location is ideal to visit the most important cities of Umbria (Spello, Assisi, Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco Perugia etc.) and its natural attractions.
