Cooking classes

Our courses are thought for our guests who love the umbrian cuisine and wish to get to know its secrets! We propose Cooking classes: you will learn manual skills, the art of kneading with your hands and stretch out pasta: all this together with friends, enjoying and experiencing Umbrian traditions.

In each of our cooking classes, all courses are prepared by participants.                                                                                                                                                                                   During each course, every participant will knead flour, stretch out pasta with the famous “rolling pin” and cut puff pastry, creating their own handmade pasta. Also second courses and cakes are being prepared with simple ingredients, in order to guarantee genuine and delicious taste.

Afer preparing traditional Umbrian dishes, it’s time to taste them and have fun…. Dinner is being served: courses have been prepared by guests and everybody is happy about the work done!
