Three-Room Apartment – “Clitunno”

This apartment is located in the oldest part of the farmhouse, dating back to the early 18th century. Its rooms overlook the Clitunno River, whose gentle flow creates a magical atmosphere of peace and relaxation.

The Clitunno River rises from the springs known as the Fonti del Clitunno, located about eight kilometers upstream from our Country House.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment features a large living room with fireplace and two single sofa beds. It includes one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and whirlpool bathtub, and another bedroom with either a double bed or two single beds, complete with private bathroom and hydromassage shower.
